Book a Couples Session!
Charlie and Arienne specialize in couples therapy, sex therapy, and psychological trauma. They have owned and managed multiple mental health clinics, supervised hundreds of mental health professionals, and treated hundreds of couples.
In Couples sessions, the goal is to strengthen the couple balance and provide as much guidance from all sides as we can. Your initial session will be with us both. It will give us all an opportunity to insure the right fit. While many therapists will agree to see couples, actual couples therapists have been specifically trained in working with this dynamic. It is an unusual balance, where the therapist must be trusted by both members of the couple.
By having two clinicians present, we are able to create a treatment setting goals and hearing concerns that the couple may have before engaging in individual sessions with each member before the next couples session. It’s natural for one member of a couple to view things differently than the other. This is not uncommon. Enhancing communication and intimacy is our number one goal. If two people are speaking different languages, it can be nearly impossible to create a working foundation.
Charlie and Arienne are all-inclusive therapists and respect relationships can be designed in any way that benefits all partners in the relationship. They are a judgement free zone!

The SexBecause Podcast was recently launched and is livestreamed weekly! Charlie and Arienne open their hearts, thoughts, and share their personal stories and mishaps exposing their most vulnerable selves because no one is perfect…not even therapists. They discuss passionate love affair, what it’s like being a blended family with 10 kids, offer clinical guidance (they themselves even have to remember to use), answer questions from livestream viewers and emails, and interview guests who share their own personal stories and journeys.

Their vast experience in the fields of PTSD, sexual trauma, as well as intimacy and relationship therapy allow for in depth teaching and practical direction allow them to offer more than “coaching” which is heavily unregulated.
